Preheat the oven to 350F. Beat together the salmon and butter in a small bowl. Stuff the trout with three-quarters of the salmon mixture. Season the trout with salt and pepper. Place each trout on a large piece of aluminum foil. Dot the trout with the remaining salmon mixture. Pour a tablespoon of vodka over each fish. Fold the foil over each trout, sealing the edges. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
